Dog Breed: Pit Bull Terrier / Mixed (short coat). Loki is looking for his second chance. He is with our partner rescue in Louisiana but can come to NJ if we find a foster or adopter. We do offer a foster-to-adopt trial to approved adopters. Meet Loki! This handsome, happy boy is about 2 years old and has the sweetest heart. His dad who serves in the military, had to deploy and made the difficult decision to surrender Loki to a shelter. Now Loki is looking for a forever family to love him as much as he'll love them. Loki is the full package. House and crate trained, dog and kid friendly, sweet and playful and always ready to make you smile. Loki is fixed, microchipped and up to date on vaccines. He has been treated for heartworm. His adoption fee is $450. Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption.
