Dog Breed: German Shepherd Dog / Mixed (medium coat). Meet Skittles! This sweet young shepherd mix showed up in Sampson County, NC last week, and despite all efforts, we haven’t been able to find her original owners. She is estimated to be about a year old, absolutely beautiful, and even better — she’s got the sweetest personality. Skittles is great with other dogs (unsure about cats, do not have cats at home), friendly, and has been such a good girl while we have had her! After taking her to the vet last week she has no mircrochip, Heartworm negative, Lyme negative, and healthy and happy! As much as I adore her, I already have a dog and cannot give her the time and attention she deserves. So now I’m trying to help her find the forever home (or foster/rescue) she deserves.
