Dog Breed: Pomeranian / Pomeranian / Mixed. Meet Lucy! Lucy is a beautiful 2-year-old, 15-lb American Eskimo/Pomeranian mix with a soft, gentle heart and just a touch of sass. She may be shy at first, but once she warms up, her happy-go-lucky personality and sweet nature shine through. Lucy is a loving girl who enjoys a calm, quiet home where she can feel secure—too much excitement can make her a little nervous. She’s gentle with people and other pets, but don’t let her size fool you—Lucy likes to rule the roost and can be a bit bossy with her furry friends! She’s doing very well with her house training and knows to go potty outside when kept on a consistent schedule. Lucy loves to ride in the car and will gladly be your co-pilot for any outing. This adorable mix of sweetness and spunk will make a wonderful, loyal companion for someone who appreciates a dog with both heart and personality. Applications can be filled out at .piedmontanimalrescue/adopt! Petfinder and Adopt-A-Pet does NOT send us Applications. We receive many applications and many never respond after processing GREATLY delaying the pets forever home. Please only apply if you are serious about adopting. Please also make sure your pets are up to date on you species applicable Vaccines (rabies, Distemper/Parvo, FVRCP, Bordetella), spayed/neutered, and on Heartworm prevention if a canine. The adoption fee includes their age appropriate vaccinations(DA2PP and Bordetella), Dewormer, spay/neuter, microchip, heartworm test as well as the registration of their microchip information to you. The first step to adopting is to fill out an application for adoption. Once approved we will arrange a time for you to meet the animal you are interested in. If it is a match the adoption can then be completed and you can take home your new furry family member. If it is not a match we will file your approved application and you can wait till you find the perfect match.
