Meet Alder Arbor! Alder is a sweet 3-month old puppy who, like his sister Willow and brothers Spruce and Birch, is just starting to discover the world around him. He’s been doing great in his foster home—getting along well with other dogs and enjoying short neighborhood walks with his sister. Alder is playful, curious, and loves his toys, especially anything that squeaks! He’s still learning his manners and, if given the chance, would happily hop onto the furniture for extra snuggles. Alder does well in his crate—he may bark to alert you and sometimes drools a bit, but he settles down nicely once he’s comfortable. He’s a gentle soul who respects correction and tries hard to please. New adults and unfamiliar dogs can make him a bit nervous at first, but he warms up quickly with patience and reassurance. Alder is still a baby—full of potential, sweetness, and personality. He’s looking for a loving, patient forever home that will help him continue to grow in confidence and feel secure as he learns that the world isn’t such a scary place after all.
