Dog Breed: Chihuahua / Dachshund / Mixed (short coat). Adoption Fee: $400. Hi I'm Sadie and I'm a 2 years old beautiful soul! Everyone who has met me says it's true for both inside and out. Life has not always been kind to me so I try to be what I've been waiting for while I've been a stray....kind and loving to both people, other dogs and cats even! I came into rescue as a stray with my puppy, Slinky. I tried to be the best mama I could be without a home but rescue has made life so easy and now he has a great foster too, so life is wonderful! I'm told I have really good manners and super smart! I pick up learning very quickly and really just want to please my people to get all their affection and praise! Other things you should know about me is my favorite thing to do is to cuddle like really close, so close in fact there is not room for even a piece of paper. Also, I'm hard at work on potty training and have crate training down. Plus I'm doing great on leash walking and barely even bark. I'm easy to please and just want to be the best girl, so my new family will be so proud of me when they find me! ADOPTION DONATION: $400 *ALL DOGS MUST BE INSIDE COMPANION ANIMALS! They must all be trained with positive reward based training and all are all up to date with vaccinations, altered, microchipped, HeartWorm tested, and on preventatives. Once an application is pre-approved (contingent upon a home check) we will contact applicants that are a good match and set up a time for a meet. At that time we are happy to answer all of your questions. No inquiries prior to that please. All of our animals are spayed/neutered, examined by a vet, up-to-date on vaccinations, on heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, and microchipped. We adopt our animals as strictly inside companion pets. We will do a veterinarian reference check and a home safety check. We are located in Omaha, NE and we do not ship our animals. We are all volunteers so please be patient with us. Our requested adoption fees help go towards medical expenses, food, transportation, toys, and other supplies for our animals.
