Dog Breed: Terrier / Mixed. Available for Adoption! Meet Tita! The Sweetest Little Pup Looking for Her Forever Home! Tita is a quiet, gentle, and incredibly loving puppy with a heart of gold. From the moment you meet her, her sweet and calm demeanor is sure to melt your heart. She enjoys her toys and can happily entertain herself, but her favorite place to be is curled up in your lap for a cozy snuggle and a nap. Tita also loves being outdoors, whether it’s exploring the yard or soaking up the sunshine. This little girl is: Affectionate, loyal, and easygoing, playful with a frisky side—expect adorable zoomies and dramatic toy “arguments” with tiny growls and barks that are impossible not to smile at. Well-mannered and obedient. Currently working on crate/potty training, Great with kids, cats, and other dogs. Tita is an irresistible bundle of joy and would make a wonderful addition to any loving home. If you're looking for a loyal, cuddly, and playful companion, Tita might just be your perfect match! She has had 2 vet visits, is spayed,, microchipped, vaccinated - DHPP x 2 (needs 2 more to be fully vaccinated & is included), Rabies & Bordetella x 2, a 4 DX test (testing for Lyme disease and two types of tick-borne illnesses), flea/tick/heartworm prevention (Nexgard Plus), 2 dewormings, and 1 fecal test. Adopters will receive all original paperwork, a 14-day health guarantee, a collar, harness, leash, seatbelt lock, and a week's worth of food. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis and are by appointment only. We are located in Mesa near Gilbert/Brown & offer flexible hours for meet-and-greet appointments. A mongrel, mutt, or mixed-breed dog, is a dog that is not the result of breeding within an existing breed or to modify or create a breed and belongs to no breed. In the United States, the term "mixed-breed" is a favored synonym over "mongrel" among many who wish to avoid negative connotations associated with the latter term. The implication that such dogs must be a mix of defined breeds may stem from an inverted understanding of the origins of dog breeds. Pure breeds have been, for the most part, artificially created from random-bred populations by human selective breeding with the purpose of enhancing desired physical, behavioral, or temperamental characteristics. Dogs that are not purebred are not necessarily a mix of such defined breeds. Therefore, among experts and fans of such dogs, "Mongrel" is still the preferred term.
