(Cats unknown) He doesn’t play favorites unless you count always wanting to be in foster dad’s lap. This little stinker is a runner so he requires a fenced in back yard to play and potty time or a very diligent pet owner who lease walks. He mostly housetrained but does know how to use a potty pad.
