Dog Breed: Pomeranian / Mixed. Meet Miss Polly! Polly is a 7 year old sweet & spunky Pomeranian mix who is affectionate and loves to give kisses. She is initially wary of new people but warms up quickly, expecially with treats. Polly has lived successfully with children, but tends to prefer older children who know when to give her space. She has lived with a cat who she got along with, but she would occasionally play too rough for the cat. She gets along fine with her doggie foster siblings and has lived with dogs before. She sometimes gives growling warnings to the other dogs if they are bugging her. She is house and crate trained. Polly loves walkies and treats and belly rubs. She is pretty vocal, but her bark is adorable. She should probably not live in a shared-wall situation because of her vocalness. She is high energy but can be a couch potato too. Dogs are not placed on a first-come first-serve basis. We strive to find the perfect home for each animal, applications may take up to 48 hours to complete. All CAWS animals are fixed, microchipped, and vaccinated. Polly's adoption fee is $200.
