Dog Breed: Rat Terrier / Mixed (short coat). Lillie is a sweet terrier who is looking for a home. She is with our partner rescue in Louisiana but hoping to come to NJ soon. We do offer a foster-to-adopt trial to approved adopters. Lillie is a timid girl who is shy at first with new people and dogs. She warmed up to her foster mom and is now very sweet with her and the other dogs. She will need someone who is patient and can give her a little time and TLC. Lillie is dog friendly. She is worth the wait! Watching a dog blossom is a unique and amazing process. Lillie is fixed, microchipped and up to date on vaccines. She tested negative for heartworm. Her adoption fee is $550. Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption.
