Description
Dog Breed: Beagle (medium coat). Ovi is a sweet 7-year-old Beagle with a heart as big as his floppy ears! This handsome guy can be a little shy when meeting new people, but give him a few minutes (and maybe a gentle scratch behind the ears), and heâll be your best friend in no time. Once heâs comfortable, Ovi loves attention and will proudly offer you his paw for some extra love. Donât let his age fool youâOvi still has plenty of pep in his step and is always ready for a new adventure. He was recently surrendered through no fault of his own, after a family member developed allergies. Ovi has lived peacefully with cats before, but he prefers to be the only dog in the home so he can soak up all the affection himself. If you are interested in meeting Ovi, please visit the shelter during our open hours; Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri 10a-12:30p & 2p-4p, Thurs 10a-12:30p & 2p-6:30p, and Saturday 9a-1p. Adoption application can be filled out and approved during your meet-and-greet. If you have another dog in the home, plan to bring them for a meet before you complete the adoption!
