Description
Dog Breed: Border Collie / Mixed (short coat). Sassy Rose is a 4-year-old female Border Collie mix who has already been spayed. She is an owner turn in because she was not getting along with some of her family members. Sassy Rose has the classic black and white coat of a Border Collie; and it is magnificently shiny! She weighs 60 pounds so she is a big girl. Sassy Rose very unsure of her self, anxious and nervous until she gets to know you. Once this sensitive girl warms up to you she is almost a "velcro" dog who wants to be right with you. Sassy Rose would be good with children and other dogs once she settles in at her new home. She is both leash trained and house trained; and very well behaved. Dog/puppy adoption fees are $120. Cat/kitten adoption fees are $75. All pets will be spayed/neutered before adoption; or you will be given a discount spay/neuter certificate to be used at participating vet clinics to help with the cost of spay/neuter. Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Unless otherwise indicated under "special needs" our dogs have screened heart worm negative.
