Dog Breed: Hound / Labrador Retriever / Mixed. This charming boy belongs to a hound mix litter of three. If three times is the charm, then these cuties are sure to find their forever homes. Puppy energy and the antics that go along with it are a rite of passage and at the young age of 5 months there is still plenty of puppy days ahead. Tramp weighs 35 pounds and growing up is something that happens to us all. Tramp will get bigger as time goes by. With his current size and age, it is estimated that he will be a medium size dog of anywhere up to 60 pounds. The sky is the limit with good times and memories when you have Tramp in the house. So many wonderful things to explore, sniff and evaluate when a puppy comes into a new family and grows up surrounded by love. Tramp is going to make strides in learning all that there is in being a great canine companion. He is full of curiosity and puppy charm. He will welcome friends and/or playmates in the form of other dogs, children and adults. He has not had the opportunity to meet a cat since coming into rescue. With so many new things ahead of him there is so much to take in. Playtime will blossom into lively fun and will wind down into a cozy spot for snuggles with his humans. Expanding his horizons, Tramp is learning his house, crate and leash training. With lots of work and determination, Tramp will have bragging rights in no time at all. Tramp is sure to put a positive spin on puppyhood. In the interim, he will thrive on lots of human attention. With lots of playtime as well as cuddle time, Tramp is the right mix of what a canine companion is all about. * When considering adoption, keep in mind that dogs thrive on structure and routine. They adjust much better when their owners are committed to providing consistency and stability. The adoption fee for Tramp is $500. That includes the cost of spaying/neutering, up to date vaccinations, foster care, rescue and transportation fees.
