Dog Breed: Shih Tzu. Wickett is a sweet little Shih Tzu, around 3 years old and 11.5 pounds of pure love. He came to us as a stray and had to be shaved down, but his coat will grow back beautifully—and his gentle personality is already shining through. Wickett is calm, affectionate, and just wants to be near his people. He’s great with other dogs and has been nothing but friendly with everyone he’s met. He keeps his kennel spotless, doesn’t try to escape, and rarely barks. When he wants your attention, he’ll do a little hop to say hi—never wild or over the top, just enough to make you smile. As a Shih Tzu, Wickett will need regular grooming to keep his coat healthy and comfortable, especially once it grows back in. This little guy would fit right in with almost any family.
