Whether he’s out on a run or curled up for a nap, this smart pup is all about being by your side. He’s incredibly friendly with other dogs, gentle with people, and well-trained — he already knows cues like sit, lay, back, off, and let’s go! Jedi recently joined his foster for a 2.5-mile run and didn’t miss a beat — focused, calm, and enjoying every moment. Fetch is his absolute favorite game (balls are life!), and he’ll never say no to treats. Once he’s had his fun, Jedi loves nothing more than to snuggle up close and recharge with his humans. Jedi would thrive in an active home that enjoys outdoor adventures or a relaxed home looking for a devoted, affectionate companion. With his mix of playfulness, manners, and love, Jedi truly is the full package — ready to be your new best friend! From previous family: "He is such a sweet dog. He tries to be gentle with our little kids, though he sometimes forgets his size and can accidentally knock them over (2 years old). He sheds quite a bit and could use some extra care for his skin irritations. He’s incredibly loyal and very well-trained — we even purchased a year-long training program for him at Zoom Room, with 35 lessons still remaining. He loves going on long runs and has trained with me for several 5Ks and 10Ks. He’s very protective of his family and absolutely loves playing fetch. He’s also a great role model for his little sister, Ahsoka, often discouraging her from jumping on people. He’s truly the smartest, sweetest dog I’ve ever had; I can look at him and instantly know what he’s thinking — his expressive eyebrows say it all. He still struggles a bit with jumping when new people come into the house, and he can be territorial in the backyard, barking at other dogs through the fence. But overall, he’s a wonderful, loving companion with so much personality." Jedi was surrendered by his previous owners as they went through a move.
