Dog Breed: American Staffordshire Terrier / Mixed. Adoption Fee: $350. Hi, I’m Cola — your future snuggle buddy and partner in play! They tell me I’m a mixed breed girl, one year old, and a perfect 25 pounds of love and wiggles. I like to think I’m just the right size — big enough for adventures, small enough to curl up in your lap for cuddles (which, by the way, I love). I’m house trained and crate trained, so I know how to be a good girl indoors. I also get along great with other dogs — I love having furry friends to play and romp around with! I haven’t met any cats yet, so I’m not sure how we’d get along, but I’m open to finding out if you are. As for kids, I haven’t spent much time with them either, but I don’t see why I wouldn’t like them! I do get a little bouncy when I’m excited (I’m still learning my manners), so maybe I’d be better suited for a home without small children for now. I wouldn’t want to knock them down and hurt them. I love toys — from squeaky ones that make noise to tasty bones to chew on, they’re all my favorites! My foster mom says I’m very food motivated (whatever that means!), and she says that will make it easier for me to learn all my manners and tricks. I’ve got lots of love to give and plenty of playful energy, but my favorite thing in the world? Being close to my people. Whether it’s curling up next to you on the couch, following you around the house, or greeting you with my happy wiggle dance when you get home — I just want to be part of your world.
