Dog Breed: Bulldog / Mixed. Say hello to Petunia, our adorable, squishy, and oh-so-lovable Bulldog! This beautiful girl is brand new to the rescue and already stealing hearts with her big eyes and wiggly charm. Petunia may be carrying a few extra pounds right now, but that just means there’s more of her to love! With a little time, some healthy meals, and gentle walks, she’ll be feeling her best in no time. She’s settling in and starting to show us her personality — and so far, we can tell she’s a total sweetheart. Since Petunia is new to the group, we’re still getting to know her likes, dislikes, and favorite snacks (we have a feeling there are many). Check back soon for updates as we learn more about this precious girl! One thing’s for sure — Petunia deserves a forever home where she’ll be loved, pampered, and encouraged on her journey to becoming the happiest, healthiest version of herself. We do not have a facility for you to visit. You are welcome to email ccrcdogsccrcdogs with specific questions, but please complete the online application, which can be found at .ccrcdogs, to secure your position in line for one of our dogs. You can also find a description of our process on that same page. Puppies will not be available to be seen until their 10-day quarantine has passed. Our adoption fees are listed on our website and cover the cost of the spay/neuter, age-appropriate shots and tests, medications to bring the dog to full health, and a free visit with one of our approved vets after adoption. Most dogs at CCRC are obtained from animal control centers so there is often very little known about their history or current habits. You can always expect to do some training, regardless of whether you adopt a dog or a puppy, including crate training, house training, and basic manners. CCRC has a variety of materials and resources to assist you with this, and we have trainers who will offer free phone/email support.
