Transferred in from another agency. Dewey arrived underweight and battling a severe flea infestation—but his spirit never wavered. Despite everything, he greeted staff with gentle eyes and a quiet strength that's impossible to ignore. Thanks to dedicated care of several groups, Dewey has gained healthy weight, received core vaccinations, and is healing from a draining shoulder wound and itchy skin. He's heartworm-negative and microchipped, and his flea treatment and antibiotics are complete. Dewey's still recovering, but he's making steady progress and soaking up every bit of kindness. He's looking for a home that understands the power of patience, love, and second chances.
