Dog Breed: Labrador Retriever / Mixed. Diva’s name fits her in the cutest way, she’s friendly and confident, but also calm, affectionate, and easygoing. She has soft, slightly wiry hair (more wavy than curly) and the most expressive eyes. This 6 month old, 30lb Labradoodle came from a southern shelter, and while she was shy at first, it didn’t take long for her personality to shine. Her foster mom shares: “It only took a few days for Diva to come out of her shell. Now she’s the happiest little girl!” Diva loves playing with toys, running around the park, and getting attention from anyone who’s willing to give her pets. Inside, she’s relaxed and happy to nap most of the day, occasionally tossing her toys around just to make herself laugh.Outside, she truly lights up, the park is her happy place. “She’s amazing with every dog we meet, big or small, and so gentle with people. You can tell she just wants to please.” Diva is: Fully house-trained Crate-trained Friendly with dogs, cats, and kids Learning to walk on a leash in busy NYC streets (she does great when it’s less noisy!)
