Dog Breed: Chihuahua / Terrier / Mixed (medium coat). Meet Maya! Little Maya is just the sweetest! She is a tiny girl at only around 7 lbs. She has a cute scruffy look to her. Maya is a timid girl when you first meet her. She will make herself small and may give a little growl because she is worried about meeting new people. All of this lasts all of 60 seconds and if you show her a treat and a few kind words, you will win her over in an instant. After that, she is a complete love. Very affectionate, loving, silly and playful. She loves toys and will chase them when you throw them for her. Maya is a tiny girl and a bit of a velcro dog. She kennels very well but when she is around her people she will follow you and sit on your lap whenever she can. She gets along with other dogs very well but we have not seen her with cats. We would like to see Maya in a home with older kids only, just because she is so little and on the timid side. Maya is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $450 We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations go directly to cover those costs and range from $295-$495.
