Dog Breed: Cattle Dog / Labrador Retriever / Mixed. A WONDERFULLY SWEET PUPPY: Approx. 3–4 months old / Approx. 21 lbs. & growing Hi there, I’m Petra! I came to Mostly Mutts from animal control and I’m very happy to be here getting the good care and love I desire. I’m in a wonderful foster home, having fun and learning, while I wait to meet my new family, hopefully soon! • OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS: I like the other dog in my foster home and have been playful and submissive-natured with them, so if you have a nice doggie that would like a puppy friend, let’s meet! / I’m doing well with the kitty in my foster home – I’ve been curious, but respectful. All cats are different, so I’m not sure how I would be with another cat. / I love the 6- and 9-year-old girls in my foster home, they are so sweet, and I’ve been very gentle, sweet and wonderful with them. So, if you have kids around this age, let’s meet and best no toddlers that I may bump over. • PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL: I charmed everyone at the shelter, even winning a gold star from the photographer on picture day for being such a super sweet, easygoing girl. In my foster home, I’m showing just how well-mannered and loving I truly am which makes me a total doll. The kids made raspberry sounds for me, and I gently kissed their whole faces in return, proving I’m not only sweet but also a little bit funny and endlessly affectionate. / Energy level: My energy level in my foster home is 4-6, of course this could change as I grow up. • SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY: I’m looking for a family that will teach me everything I need to know to grow up and become a wonderful adult dog! I have already learned the ‘sit’, ‘come’ and ‘place’ commands - so get ready for some training with your new best friend. / I’m doing well in my crate in my foster home. / For a very young puppy, I’m doing well with my potty manners on a good schedule with very few accidents in my foster home. • LIKES/DISLIKES: I love getting attention, playing with squeaky toys and balls, and snuggling up with the family. / I dislike high energy play around me and will just roll over until it’s stopped. Other than that, I can’t think of things I don’t like yet since I’m so young, but I’m sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention, exercise, and training as I grow. • MEDICAL: I've started my puppy shots, but you will have to finish these for me as I grow.
