Description

Dog Breed: Dachshund / Mixed (medium coat). Cypress is a dignified little man. He's quiet, alert, and interested in his surroundings. He liked watching another dog play in the yard, but watched in silence. Because of his smaller size, he's an easy walker. But don't let his gentleness fool you! He's well-muscled and athletic enough to go on long walks and outdoor adventures. Cypress has a silky chestnut coat that is sleek and low-maintenance. He prefers to sit close to his person, especially on chilly days. He may need a sweater when it gets colder because his fur is so fine. Right now, he's shy at first and needs a little time to become comfortable with his new surroundings. However, he's a true gentleman and will adapt easily. He will definitely make a good companion for some lucky person or family. All animals are up-to-date on vaccinations (including rabies if over 4 months old), microchipped, and spayed or neutered. All dogs have been been vaccinated with DHPP and Bordatella (kennel cough) and heartworm tested negative (if over 6 months). All cats have been vaccinated with FVRCP and current on flea control.
