Meet Darcy - a 9 month old pup sure to provide you with an endless source of entertainment! Miss Darcy is a true character. Her favorite activities include pestering her foster siblings until they play with her, running in the back yard, and toys! Chew toys and bones have proven to be her favorite, but this girl will play with anything. When her energy is spent, Darcy makes a pretty great cuddle buddy and couch potato too! Darcy is in a foster home with dogs and cats and does great with both. She loves other dogs and tends to be their shadow. She is a particularly talented toy thief, and isn't shy about letting the other pups know when their toy time is up. Darcy is generally indifferent of the cats, though will occasionally try to play with them. She seems to adore human children as well, and will cuddle up their laps to demand pets, attention, and kisses. Darcy has been working on her house manners and is improving every day! Potty training is going very well, and she has generally been a quiet house guest. She is kennel trained and does well, but does protest the first few minutes after you leave the house. This princess is looking for a home that can shower her in the attention she deserves, and in return, she promises to provide ample tail wags and playful antics! Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional’s recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal’s history is often unknown. All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption. The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota. We do not have a physical location where you can stop by to visit the animals - we require the completion of an Adoption Request Form prior to meeting any of our adoptable pets in foster care.
