Dog Breed: Shih Tzu. Duke is an 11 yrs old, 11 lbs, Shih Tzu who is blind in one eye and has a torn achilles tendon that is not repairable causing him to hop most of the time. Regardless, Duke is very sweet, confident, resilient and easygoing... a joy to his foster mom. He loves short walks, is housebroken and sleeps all night with no accidents.
