Dog Breed: Poodle (Standard) / Mixed. 3 Year Old//36 lb Poodle Mix Shaggy arrived at our partner shelter severely matted and underweight, but after a full shave and some care, he’s stepping into a new chapter. He is a sweet, friendly, and gentle dog who warms up easily to everyone he meets. His foster mom shared after his first night that he “ate his food like a champ and is just the sweetest kid.”Shaggy is naturally curious about other dogs, sleeps through the night without issue, and has a healthy appetite as he works on gaining weight. Despite his difficult start, he has remained trusting, affectionate, and eager to bond.Shaggy is ready for a family who will give him the stability, care, and love he has always deserved. He will make a wonderful companion for whoever is lucky enough to take him home.
