Dog Breed: Husky. Fill out an Online Adoption Application! Echo is at our high kill shelter, just waiting for someone to find him. His chances are slim, so KKC want to give him a boost. The little one is only 3.5 months old and has been in the shelter over half his life in a kennel with very little interaction. Echo really needs to have a foster or adopter to go with so he doesn’t have to return to his cage. He’s got the little man syndrome right now from being kenneled for a while. He pesters others significantly in group play. But when he went on his neuter day trip, he did very well with one of our Goldens. With proper transitioning, we feel he would learn to play well with his size or larger. Echo is currently 29 pounds and loves to be cuddeled. He is great with kids and does okay with cats around him. Echo just needs someone to give him a chance! We are a super small, no kill rescue that is operating way above our capacity. We have taken in over 600 animals in 2024, and we desperately need good adopters, fosters, and sponsors to keep the doors open. We operate solely on donations, and we are always looking for wonderful families to join our efforts. We have dozens of felines not posted and dozens more on our waiting list. No matter what type of setting you have, if you are looking to save a feline, we can find one for you to help. It typically it cost us $60-80 to fully vet a feline and $80-120 to vet a canine depending on size and health conditions and sex.
