This easygoing guy is looking for a foster home where he can relax, enjoy some company, and be his best laid-back self. Lokie does great with kids, cats, and small dogs, and he walks like a pro on a leash. He’s not demanding — he just wants to hang out, go with the flow, and be part of the crew. In the United States, the term "mixed-breed" is a favored synonym over "mongrel" among many who wish to avoid negative connotations associated with the latter term. The implication that such dogs must be a mix of defined breeds may stem from an inverted understanding of the origins of dog breeds.
