Wyatt Derp is here to audition for the role of “Best Decision You Ever Made.” And honestly? He’s overqualified. Wyatt is dog-friendly, cat-friendly, and kid-friendly — basically the social butterfly of the household. He's about 2 1/2 years old and weighs about 65lbs. He loves having friends, whether they bark, meow, or ask for snacks with sticky hands. He’s gentle, affectionate, and happiest when he’s part of the action… or curled up right in the middle of it. He’s just a few weeks away from graduating beginner obedience class — which means he’s got both the brains and the manners. He’s learning his cues, building confidence, and proving that he’s not just a pretty (ridiculously expressive) face. But let’s talk about his true calling: snuggling. Wyatt is a world-class cuddle bug. Couch? Yes. Bed? Obviously. Floor? If that’s where you are, that’s where he’ll be. He leans in. He sighs dramatically. He melts into you like he was designed specifically for cozy evenings and emotional support. If you’re looking for a loyal companion with a derpy grin, a sensitive soul, and a PhD in Snuggles, Wyatt is ready to make your house his forever home. All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.
