Dog Breed: Terrier / Dachshund / Mixed (short coat). Adoption Fee: $150. This sweet one‑year‑old girl has already proven she’s a hero. When she was found, she was bravely protecting her tiny pup, Bob, who was only 3 weeks old at the time. Thanks to a caring Good Samaritan, both were brought to safety. Bob has already found his forever home, and now it’s Chica’s turn! She’s discovering all the joys of being a happy dog—zoomies galore, clever tricks, and endless eagerness to please. Chica is smart, playful, and full of love, making her the perfect companion for someone special. Our volunteers will review each submitted application, then contact the top 3 most appropriate ones by either email or phone.
