Moses started out as a Texas stray, living on the streets and learning to fend for himself. When he was found, he was dirty, hungry, and covered in fleas and ticks - but now, with care and love, he’s blossoming into a happy, affectionate little dog. Moses can be shy at first, but once he warms up and leans in for a pet, his true personality starts to shine. His foster reports he has a way of looking at you that almost seems human, full of curiosity and understanding. Moses loves a good belly rub once he trusts you! He is is looking for a patient, loving home where he can feel safe, build confidence, and share all the love he has to give. Moses is from Texas.
