Casey is a 2.5-year-old, 40-pound mixed-breed girl with a resilient heart, a gentle soul, and so much love to give. She does wonderfully with other dogs and kids, and during her cat test she calmly ignored the cat, making her a great fit for many types of homes. Casey is both house- and crate-trained and truly thrives with routine and structure, settling in as if she’s always belonged. When Casey first arrived as a stray, she had no hair and needed lots of extra TLC. With time, patience, and care, her coat is growing back beautifully — a powerful reminder that healing and new beginnings are possible. She’s living proof that the new year can bring hope, growth, and transformation. Casey is the perfect balance of playful energy and cozy companionship. She’s ready for brisk walks, toy time, and quiet evenings curled up beside you. And those adorable little ears? They’re guaranteed to make you smile every single day. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and has completed heartworm treatment. Currently fostered in Harrisburg, PA, Casey is entering the new year wishing for just one thing — a forever home where she can finally stay. If the dog is posted, they are still available! Once arriving, these dogs enter foster homes, as we do not have a shelter.
