She earned her name after being found at a local hotel, cozied up with a Paw Patrol plushie—proof that this sweet girl knows how to find warmth even in uncertain moments. Everest is affectionate, snuggly, and a pleasure to walk on leash. She already knows basic commands like sit, stay, and come, and she truly thrives on human connection. Everest is currently heartworm positive, but her full year-long treatment is fully covered by our rescue. She’s doing well and just needs a loving home to continue her healing. Everest is still figuring out dog friendships, so meet-and-greets are recommended, and she may adjust to cats with time. She’s ready for a calm, kind home to finally call her own.
