Description
Dog Breed: Labrador Retriever / Mixed (short coat). Dax is about 6 months old (DOB: 6/19/2025). He is kind of a duke's mixture when it comes to breeds. We do know he has Labrador Retriever in that mix. Dax's coat coloring is tan with 3 different colors on his face (brown/black/white), then white on chest and tummy. Dax was born at our shelter; his mother is named Sugar. Dax is quiet, crate trained and an active little guy. He will be medium to large in size when grown. Dax likes men, women and children, and is good with other dogs. He needs more training in commands; like listening for direction. He loses interest quite easily. Dax is pretty good on a leash. He needs a home with someone who has time for him, who can give him love and attention. Amarillo SPCA, 11901 S. Coulter. 806-622-0555. Shelter is open Tues.-Sat. from 12 to 5 p.m.
