Rocko is a sweet and loving little dude who prefers cuddles over almost anything. While Rocko has likely never lived in a safe, warm, clean home he is enjoying the good life in his foster home and is making a strong effort to put his pottying where it belongs. On his first night in his foster home we showed him a dog bed, he did not leave it for TWELVE hours. It may have been his first experience sleeping on something soft and warm.
