She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and ready to steal your heart. This girl is an absolute baby doll. Dolly is incredibly sweet, cuddly, and loves being close to her people. She gives the best kisses and has the most adorable smile that will brighten your day every time you see it. She’s the kind of dog who just wants to love and be loved in return. If you’re looking for a gentle, affectionate companion with a heart of gold and a smile to match, Dolly may be your perfect match. Our hospital is open for adoption visitation Monday through Friday from 7:30 to 5:00pm and Saturday's from 8:00am to 11:00am. Prior to meeting an adoptable animal we do require an approved application to be on file, sorry for this inconvenience. Cat adoption fees are $50 for kittens under 16 weeks of age and $75 for kittens/cats over 16 weeks of age. Dog adoption fees are $150 for puppies under 16 weeks of age and $175 for dogs over 16 weeks of age.

A mongrel, mutt, or mixed-breed dog, is a dog that is not the result of breeding within an existing breed or to modify or create a breed and belongs to no breed. In the United States, the term "mixed-breed" is a favored synonym over "mongrel" among many who wish to avoid negative connotations associated with the latter term. The implication that such dogs must be a mix of defined breeds may stem from an inverted understanding of the origins of dog breeds. Pure breeds have been, for the most part, artificially created from random-bred populations by human selective breeding with the purpose of enhancing desired physical, behavioral, or temperamental characteristics. Dogs that are not purebred are not necessarily a mix of such defined breeds. Therefore, among experts and fans of such dogs, "Mongrel" is still the preferred term.
