He’s fun, playful, and full of love, the kind of puppy who brings smiles wherever he goes. Sparkie was adopted as a young puppy from the Fort Worth Shelter, but sadly, he and his sibling Sugar Plum were dumped at a nearby park. Thankfully, a caring Good Samaritan found them and brought both puppies safely to the Euless Shelter, where they were given another chance.
