Dog Breed: Pit Bull Terrier / Mixed. Bean is one of those dogs who makes you smile without trying. Sweet, gentle, and quietly affectionate, with a playful side that comes out once he’s comfortable. At around 34 lbs, Bean is a great medium size and a certified fetch lover. Toss a ball and he’s in his happy place. He also enjoys long walks, interactive toys, food puzzles, and curling up close to his people when it’s time to relax. He’s very food motivated, smart, and learning quickly. Bean is house trained with a good routine, crate trained, and sleeps through the night. He settles easily with a routine and does best when he knows what to expect. He likes being near his people and is happiest leaning against you, snuggling up, or following you from room to room. Bean handled his first event really well. He took it all in, enjoyed meeting people and dogs, and settled in nicely as the day went on. He’s friendly with other dogs and would love a playful dog friend, though he could also thrive as your one-and-only with enough engagement and attention. Bean likes to check things out before diving in, but once he knows the vibe, he’s all in. Give him a little patience and encouragement and he’ll reward you with playtime, cuddles, and a very loyal shadow. This dog is up to date on vaccinations and is spayed or neutered.
