Luca is a 5-6 year old Chow (mix?) he was found as a stray last year but luckily was found by his savior Jessenia. She’s cared for him since she found him but isn’t in a position to keep 3 dogs. She reached out to us to help Our RC Sarah went and evaluated him this week, and he’s a sweet, sociable guy who genuinely enjoys people and connection. He’s still learning his “human world” manners, but with guidance and consistency, this boy has so much potential to shine. What makes Luca special: • Friendly and social with people • Has done well with kids • Playful, energetic, and young at heart • Full of curiosity and enthusiasm Luca still has that “sea monster learning to live on land” energy — he’s active, bouncy, and excited about life — so he’ll thrive with an adopter who can help him channel that joy into structure, training, and routine.
