When she’s not snoozing adorably in a pile of cozy blankets, Poppy can be found chasing leaves, exploring the world, or bravely trying to convince her much larger foster siblings that playtime is mandatory. Poppy is a gentle, affectionate pup who thrives on connection. She’s already off to a great start with potty and crate training and understands “no” when redirected—proof that she’s eager to learn and please. With patience, consistency, and lots of love, she’s going to grow into an amazing companion. We require a fenced yard (exceptions made on a case by case basis - NO exceptions for puppies or deaf/vision impaired dogs - no invisible fencing), that stairs in the home be covered with some sort of slip resistant material to prevent injury, that all other animals in the home be up to date on vaccinations as well as spayed/neutered and that all dogs live inside as a part of the family.
