Description
Dog Breed: Labrador Retriever / Golden Retriever / Mixed. Hi! I'm Honey! I'm an approximately 6 year old, female, Lab/Golden mix who weighs about 52 lbs. I was surrendered by my owner on 08/14/2025 because my family moved into a smaller home and felt that I needed more space to play. According to my previous owner, I am house trained but am not a fan of being in a crate. I am good with male dogs and older cats! I do not like female animals and find kittens to be annoying. I absolutely love kids of all ages! Kids are my favorite kind of human because they like to play all day and give the best hugs! if you have another pet in the home, a meet and greet is encouraged to make sure we get along. My adoption fee is $125. I am spayed, microchipped, current on my rabies vaccination, and basic boosters to date. I did test positive for heartworms but don't worry. Thank s to Rockwall PAWS, I will be able to receive treatment at little to no cost to my adopter. If you have questions about heartworms or my treatment protocol, please feel free to ask RAC staff. They are happy to go over all the info with you. All animals, unless otherwise noted in their description, are at 1825 Airport Rd. in Rockwall, TX. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 5 pm. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.
