Dog Breed: Terrier / Mixed. KENYA The girl who survived it all and still greets the world like it’s her best friend. Kenya raised her entire Lion King litter under a pile of outdoor storage containers after being abandoned while pregnant. A rescuer spotted her just in time and got her and all eight puppies to safety. The pups are settled into their adoptive homes. Now it’s finally her turn. She’s social, affectionate, and genuinely loves people. Kenya thinks every human might be her new best friend and she’s usually right. With a proper introduction, she does well with dogs who can match her energy and play style. She’s kennel trained, working on her leash skills, and soaking up every bit of structure and consistency she’s been missing. Kenya has a lot of love to give and zero desire to go back to surviving under trash piles. She wants a home, a routine, and people who won’t give up on her again. If you want a dog who has fought her way through the worst and still shows up joyful, this is your girl. This dog is up to date on vaccinations and is spayed. (Please note: Puppies under 3 months old may not be sterilized prior to adoption. If this is the case, your adoption coordinator will provide guidance on the process.)
