Dog Breed: Beagle / Mixed (short coat). Yeller is a beagle mix who was brought to us as a stray. When you meet him you will understand right away how he got his name- he likes to talk, loudly!! He's very sweet once he settles down, and will paw at you for attention. He came in with another dog so he likely would be okay living with another dog, cats unknown at this time. He is very gentle, and seems to do okay with young kids, also. His absolute favorite things are his stuffies! He has one he has pretty much claimed, and loves to bring that outside with him to go potty, or have you enthralled in a game of fetch with him. While he is a talker, he is also very sweet and accepting of hugs and kisses, and even likes to give them back! All dogs are spayed/neutered, heartworm tested (if over 2 years old), vaccinated, dewormed, flea and tick treated, microchipped and more before adoption. Our adoption policies include: Application, Vet Reference, Landlord approval & Criminal Background Check. We do not do same day adoptions. We request that you call for an appointment after your application has been approved to come and visit the dog of your choice.
