Name: Jethro Best Guess for Breed: Hound and lab mix Best Guess for Age: 1 year as of January 2026 SEX: Male Approximate Weight: 51 lbs Gets Along With: Other dogs! We have tested Jethro with some of the cats at the shelter, and he/she did not seem particularly interested in chasing or pouncing on the cat. While this is a positive sign that Jethro could live with a cat, he/she has not done so to our knowledge. If you have cats in your home, we are happy to discuss with you how to best introduce a new pup to your pack! We haven't seen him with kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters! Currently Living at: DC area foster home Jethro is Looking For: His forever home! Jethro got all that awesome young-dog energy and is eager for sniffy walks (that hound nose!) and romps and all the adventures his new humans can dream up.
