Description
Dog Breed: Belgian Shepherd Malinois / Mixed. #MADLoveBryce knew three things with absolute certainty… 1 She is a LAP DOG! A calm Velcro puppy. If she could hold her toy and sit in someone's lap she will be content INDEFINITELY. When her brother Tensoon came home from the hospital she slept in a crate on the nightstand curled up right next to him. She is so content even with simply being near me. 2 Bryce has awesome social skills and will introduce herself to dogs, cats and people politely. She's very respectful of other animal's personal space. That does NOT cross the species barrier because she absolutely would crawl inside your body and live there forever with you. 3 Bryce is toy motivated, treat motivated, and can entertain herself with a toy. Bryce is really a solid choice and could fit in just about anywhere. Especially if that place has a lap. This pup has had excellent environmental exposure, including different textures, sounds, and new environments. She's been thoughtfully introduced to the world to help her grow into a solid, stable, well-rounded dog. She has been handled since birth, raised on Early Neurological Stimulation and Early Scent Introduction and is now working on Puppy 7s. Bryce is a the top of the list for an easy, fun, steady temperament dog. Light it up! All MAD dogs come with a Fi Collar and six month subscription. Breed overview
Overview:
A mongrel, mutt, or mixed-breed dog, is a dog that is not the result of breeding within an existing breed or to modify or create a breed and belongs to no breed. In the United States, the term "mixed-breed" is a favored synonym over "mongrel" among many who wish to avoid negative connotations associated with the latter term. The implication that such dogs must be a mix of defined breeds may stem from an inverted understanding of the origins of dog breeds. Pure breeds have been, for the most part, artificially created from random-bred populations by human selective breeding with the purpose of enhancing desired physical, behavioral, or temperamental characteristics. Dogs that are not purebred are not necessarily a mix of such defined breeds. Therefore, among experts and fans of such dogs, "Mongrel" is still the preferred term.
