He was brought in when he and his sibling stopped getting along, and now heâs looking for a patient, understanding owner who can give him structure, guidance, and time to flourish. Once Cisco feels safe, he becomes incredibly sweet and wonderfully clingy, happily sticking close like your own personal shadow. He enjoys spending time outside, exploring new places, and mixing playful, goofy moments in with his need for reassurance.
