We haven't seen her with cats or kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters! Currently Living at: Puerto Rico shelter! Needs a foster or forever home. Special Adoption Considerations: Dogs from Puerto Rico have a major transition to go through when they arrive and will need humans who are very committed to socialization. We think Cristy would do best with either a resident dog or a family who can make sure she can go on walks regularly with other dogs, visit the dog park, or go to doggie daycare to learn the ropes. Cristy is Looking For: Hi!! I'm Cristy! I raised my babies Camila, Carter, Catherine, Clara, and Carlos to be awesome family pets and they're all off to get their own homes. Now I can't wait to find my forever home and my own humans to love on! I'm the perfect age---past all the crazy young puppy stuff but still a young dog eager to soak in the world and learn all about how wonderful it can be. I'd love to take lots of walks in my neighborhood and make friend with all the neighborhood doggies. I'd also love to go to dog school so I can show everyone how smart am I. Most of all, I'd love my very own human or humans to snuggle with and be a friend for life. Is that human you?
