She&rsquo;s an absolute sweetheart who genuinely doesn&rsquo;t know a stranger&mdash;happy to greet new people with a wagging tail and a soft, loving nature. Casey is wonderful with other dogs of all ages and sizes, and she&rsquo;s also shown friendly interest in cats; with a proper introduction and a bit of supervision, she may be able to live peacefully with feline friends, too. Casey&rsquo;s story is a simple one, and it&rsquo;ll hit you right in the heart. She was surrendered to a rural Tennessee shelter after an older woman&rsquo;s dog had an unexpected litter. One by one, Casey&rsquo;s siblings were adopted&hellip; but Casey was the puppy left behind, waiting and watching as everyone else went home. When the shelter manager reached out to Eleventh Hour Rescue to give Casey the chance that small shelter couldn&rsquo;t, we said yes&mdash;no question.
