Description
Dog Breed: Dachshund / Mixed (short coat). Thor is scared of men, so he would do best with a single lady or someone with a very patient significant other. Thor LOVES cats and does well in with dogs his size. He is afraid of large dogs because he was attacked by a large dog. Thor walks great on leash and travels well in the car. All dogs are vaccinated, microchipped and spayed or neutered (if they are old enough) before they leave the shelter. If the dog is not old enough, you will be given a voucher for Animal Medical Center in Emmett to cover the cost of the spay or neuter. Because we are an all-volunteer organization, please call ahead to schedule a time for a Meet & Greet so we can ensure a dog handler is available to show you the dog or dogs you are interested in.
