Description

Dog Breed: Labrador Retriever / Shepherd / Mixed (short coat). Kendi is a 2-year-old male Lab/Shepherd mix who must be neutered before adoption. He is an owner turn in because his owner can no longer take care of him. Kendi is tri-color--his coat is black with lots of white markings and some light tan markings. He weighs 42 pounds so he is a medium sized dog. Kendi is a bit anxious when you first meet him; but he quickly relaxes and warms up to you once he is around you. He is very calm, gentle, very loving, and would do well with children. Kendi has lived with another dog; and he gets along well with other dogs. This very handsome guy is going to make a great addition to some lucky adopter's family. Dog/puppy adoption fees are $120. Cat/kitten adoption fees are $75. All pets will be spayed/neutered before adoption; or you will be given a discount spay/neuter certificate to be used at participating vet clinics to help with the cost of spay/neuter. Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Unless otherwise indicated under "special needs" our dogs have screened heart worm negative.
