Dog Breed: Labrador Retriever / Mixed (medium coat). ***Billy Jack will be available for adoption at the Tractor Supply in Ringoes, NJ over the Jan 24-25 weekend. Questions about Billy Jack and/or our adoption process should be sent to socorescue8gmail; please do not call the rescue.*** Billy Jack and his four siblings were found by an East Dublin Police Officer. The pups were all alone and living inside a drainage pipe. While Billy Jack and three of his littermates were captured pretty quickly, one pup (Barbara Jean) took a few more days to be caught, All five pups are now doing great. Billy Jack is a sweet, gentle and friendly little fellow. He loves to play with his siblings and should do very well in a home with another dog who is puppy friendly. While a little shy at first, Billy Jack has now found his love of people. Billy Jack will have received 2/3 his first year "puppy" vaccinations and de-wormings. Please consult with your vet concerning future vaccinations, etc. His adopter must agree to having Billy Jack neutered once he reaches 6 months of age and providing verification of such to our rescue. He will require all of his basic training.
