She is an easygoing, affectionate dog who enjoys companionship and has a playful side that still shines through. Luna is described as calm, approachable, and happy to be around her people and canine friends. She has lived successfully with other dogs and does well meeting new people, greeting them with a friendly demeanor. While she hasn’t had much exposure to children, she has shown no concerning behaviors and is generally described as sweet and sociable. Luna’s world was turned upside down after her owner passed away, and through no fault of her own, she is now looking for a new loving home. She would thrive in a family that can give her stability, affection, and help her on a gentle weight-loss journey so she can feel her best in her golden years. Long Distance Adoptions: Animals who are not fully vaccinated and altered are not eligible for long distance adoption. We require a meet of the pet prior to adoption, which means coming to MARS.
